If Not Interested...': HC Raps Palghar Police Over 'Casual Approach' To Probe
The Bombay High Court, on Wednesday, slammed the Palghar police probe in case against Shiv Sena workers who assaulted medical staff and vandalised a private hospital in the district terming it "absolutely casual" and one that reflected their "inefficiencies". A two-judge bench comprising of Justices AS Gadkari and Kamal Khata said the police have not carried out any investigation at all in the "sensitive" case, which was "unacceptable".
