Nepal Chilime tunnel rescue advances as Indian and Nepali teams push on. Rescue efforts come after flash floods triggered by an ice-rock avalanche near the Nepal-Tibet border on August 26. Nearly 1,400 people were killed and more than 5,000 remain missing. Around 100 people are believed to be trapped in nearly a dozen tunnels linked to hydropower projects in the affected areas.
