Mumbai’s Water Stock Reaches 95.97% As 7 Lakes Continue To Hold High Levels
Mumbai’s seven lakes reached 95.97% of their useful storage capacity as of 6 am on Sunday, holding 13,89,075 million litres, according to the Hydraulic Engineer’s Department. Vehar reached 100%, while Tansa and Modak Sagar crossed 98%. Upper Vaitarna received the highest rainfall at 28 mm over 24 hours.
