CJP Says 'Anti-National' Label Unacceptable, Takes Sr Journalist To Court
Senior Journalist Sudhir Chaudhary has been summoned by the Delhi High Court over the defamation case filed against him by complainant Vijay Sherawat. Vijay, a Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) volunteer, was allegedly branded an "anti-national, which the outfit has deemed unacceptable and has condemned the journalist. CJP co-convener Saurav Das, in his post on X, supported the complainant's legal battle and wrote, "we will monitor how our institutions respond to such rational demands.
