India's GCCs To Create 5,00,000 Non-Tech Jobs by 2028: Quess Corp Report
A new Quess Corp report reveals India's global capability centres (GCCs) will create 5,00,000 non-tech jobs by 2028. Driven by AI and digital tools, demand rose 17.2 per cent in H1 2026, with mid-career talent leading hiring across business functions. 'AI is reshaping the purpose of GCCs, with digitally enabled roles becoming standard across business functions,' Kapil Joshi, CEO of IT Staffing at Quess Corp said.
