Delhi HC Refuses NSUI Plea Over CBSE OSM, Says Students Can Pursue Individual
The Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) against alleged irregularities and technical failures in the Central Board of Secondary Education’s (CBSE) On-Screen Marking (OSM) system for class 12 board examinations . The court said grievances concerning revaluation of answer books give rise to an individual cause of action and can be pursued separately by affected students.
