Heavy rain triggered landslides and river overflows in parts of Nepal. Worst-hit areas include Manang, Myagdi, Baglung, Parbat and Palpa. The Kali Gandaki River has caused the most extensive damage. At least 106 houses have been destroyed and four partially damaged. The disaster has also damaged six bridges completely and two partially. Around 1,500 people from 435 households have been displaced.
