Ladakh Police gets 4 new tech-driven initiatives
Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Ladakh Vinai Kumar Saxena on Saturday inaugurated four new initiatives aimed at modernising policing, strengthening tourist safety and improving emergency response across the Union Territory. The initiatives include Jullay 2.0, the Ladakh Police Tourist Assistance App; 20 e-Challan devices for the Traffic Wing; five new Rescue Beats under the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) 112; and Tourist Facilitation Centres-cum-Check Posts at North Pulu in Nubra and Serchu in Changthang.
