Harita Bhadra Runs 11.22s, Becomes India's 2nd-Fastest Woman In 100m
Harita Bhadra became the second-fastest Indian woman ever as she reigned supreme in the 100m final during the Indian Athletics Series Final at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Thursday. The 23-year-old sprinter clocked 11.22s and was running in lane 6. She narrowly missed out on Dutee Chand's national record from 2021 by five hundredths of a second. Tamil Nadu's Abinaya Rajarajan (11.31s) came second and Giridharani Ravikumar (11.35s) finished in third position.
